Colcannon
Calcannon is a traditional Irish side dish usually served along with lamb or corned beef. It is potatoes mixed with cabbage.

A bread but more sweet than bread because it is made with orange zest and currants. Takes around 20 minutes to Prep and 55 minutes to bake. The aroma will fill the house for this special occasion. If you do not like the taste of Orange zest or currants you may swap them out for raisins and nuts.

The flavor of Guinness melds perfectly with Chocolate to make rich and tender cupcakes. As an added bonus, you can frost your cupcakes with cream cheese frosted (or even add green food coloring) to look like Guinness foam.
