Hi! My name is Pepper and I am an 11 month-old mixed breed dog. I am very high energy and would be happiest in an active home. I am a playful and fun-loving boy! I am very intelligent and I love to learn, so I would benefit from someone who can continue to teach me new skills.  I would do best in a home with older, respectful children.
