Whatever
you do, don’t skip the starters at Dunk’s Sports Grill on Lebanon Street in
Hanover. The made-from-scratch appetizers are not to be missed—and the most
popular options also happen to be among the staff favorites. “First would be
our honey glazed hot wings—sticky, sweet, and spicy chicken wings,” says Dunk’s
General Manager Alex LaCroix. “Second would be our queso Blanco, which is warm
and creamy cheese dip served with our house-made tortilla chips,” Alex adds
that, along with the delicious appetizers, beer buckets and pitchers are
popular during football games.
You can also start your meal with crab rangoon dip, warm soft pretzels, steamed PEI mussels, or a bucket of boiled shrimp. Any choice is a good one, and it will always be fresh and cooked to order. Dunk’s kitchen is open nightly until 10 pm and until the game is over for Sunday Night Football and Monday Night Football.
