Where to Ice Skate This Winter

James W. Campion III Rink
This indoor rink in Lebanon, NH, has regularly scheduled public skating times with season passes available. The hours are Mondays from noon to 1:30 p.m., Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Thursdays from noon to 1:30 p.m., and Fridays from 1:40 p.m. to 3:10 p.m. Admission is $7 a day for adults or $150 for the season and $6 a day for children and seniors or $75 for the season. Dartmouth College
Dartmouth College has opened its skating rink to the public. Open daily from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., area residents enjoy the beauty of the winter season. Any child who is skating must be accompanied by an adult. For more information, click here.
Wendell A. Barwood Arena
Located in Harford, VT, the Wendell A. Barwood Arena is open for public skating on Saturdays from 4:15 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. and Sundays from 3:30 p.m. to 4:45 p.m. Skating rentals are just $5 per visit. Admission is $5 per person or purchase a season pass for a family of four for $110. For more information, click here.
Akerstrom Arena
Located in Plainfield, NH, the Akerstrom Arena hosts community skating on Sundays from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. To view the calendar, click here.
Randolph Ice Rink
The Randolf Ice Rink in Randolph, VT, holds open skate Monday through Thursday from 2:45 p.m. to 6 p.m., Fridays from 2:45 p.m. to 8 p.m., and on the weekends from noon to 6 p.m. Learn more here.
Union Arena Community Center
Located in Woodstock, the Union Arena Community Center holds open skate on Wednesdays from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. for seniors and parents with toddlers, from 3 p.m. to 4:10 p.m. on Wednesdays all ages are welcome, and on Sundays, all ages are welcome to skate from 11:10 a.m. to 12:10 p.m. Admission is $6 for skaters 13 and up, $5 for kids age 4 to 12, $5 for those 65 and older, and free for children three and under.
