We specialize in our famously smooth, delicious caramels that our founder Elaine has been making for over 30 years. We also make toffee, Nougat (de Montélimar), turtles, and other specialty items. Our production facility is in Bradford, VT, and our retail store is right across the river in Hanover, NH just off the Dartmouth College campus. If you visit, you will likely meet owners Elaine & Mike.
