Three friends Liba, Mike and Steve (not pictured) had too much time on their hands (not really), so Liba (the passionate cook and menu creator) convinced them to launch a food business. Griddle and Groovy was born.

Beginning as purveyors of specialty grilled cheese sandwiches at farmers' markets in Hanover and Lebanon, the Griddle and Groovy crew has now branched out to offer catering services for events ranging from office lunches to a variety of public and private social events.
