Cooking Essentials: The Asian Pantry Class
Fish sauce? Oyster sauce? Plum sauce? Rice noodles vs ramen noodles? What do you use when? If you love to cook Asian food and want to venture farther than simply adding soy sauce to your stir-fry, this is the class for you! We will taste some of the different basic ingredients (after all how can you cook with it if you don’t know what it tastes like!), and then use different sauces, noodles, and raw ingredients to create distinctly different dishes. This class will help you figure out what essentials to keep on hand to create a variety of dishes
