Japanese Milk Bread (Virtual)

In this 2.75-hour class, we’ll guide you through the process of making a soft and pillowy Japanese-style bread, using the Tangzhong Method. Please note, a stand mixer is required for this class.

Each tuition covers one device. Zoom brings our instructors into your home kitchen, and in this virtual class, we'll bake together with live support and interaction. Please note, virtual classes are non-refundable.
