Get ready to stretch, breathe, and find your zen at Community Yoga- All Levels, a fun in-person event starting Nov 11th, at 10am!
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, this class is designed to accommodate all levels. Come and enjoy a rejuvenating session of yoga in a welcoming and inclusive community setting.
Instructor Chelsey Seering will guide you through various yoga poses and sequences, focusing on flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. You'll have the opportunity to deepen your practice, improve your alignment, and connect with your breath.
Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing that allows for movement. We recommend arriving a few minutes early to settle in and prepare for the class.
