A classic clam chowder is truly one of the most satisfying dishes, whether it's winter or summer. In this hands-on class, Chef Ted will teach you how to prepare fresh clams, make a clam stock, and create a savory clam chowder. He will also instruct you how to create a breadless ( and breathless!) scallop-crab cake. Tailored to your level of expertise, this is an opportunity to fine-tune your culinary skills with a personalized experience and education. Come join us for a relaxed and fun lesson, plus enjoy our beloved Back of the Moon retreat. Weather depending, we’ll light a fire or you can dine on the deck. BYOB and EAT WHAT YOU MAKE!
