Conductor Andrew Crust and VSO’s chamber orchestra explore Bach’s Orchestral Suite No. 1 in C Major, interwoven with percussion and string instrument performances by Ugandan ethnomusicologist and Middlebury College Professor of Music and International Studies, and Chair of the Music Department, Damascus Kafumbe. This concert also includes an annual tradition of premiering a new work for orchestra by a Music-COMP student.

This concert is free and open to the public; no tickets required. Doors are at 7:00pm, concert begins at 7:30pm.
