- Tribe CORE brings toning, strength, stability and power to your core. Monday & Wednesday 8:30 am.
- Tribe LIFE is our low impact functional exercise workout that gets you fit for life. Choose one: Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 am or Monday & Wednesday 4:00pm.
- Tribe FIT is the high-intensity functional fitness workout designed to make you fitter, faster and stronger. Monday & Wednesday 5:00 pm.
Meets 2x week / 8 weeks. Member Price: $320 | Non-Member Price: $480
- Tribe KIDS is our fun youth fitness class that builds fit, healthy and confident kids. Meets 1x week / 8 weeks Choose one: Tuesday 3:30 pm, Thursday 3:30 pm or Saturday 8:00 am. Member Price: $140 | Non-Member Price: $184
