Red Cross Lifeguard Recertification at Upper Valley Aquatic Center
March 1 – March 2, 2025
Saturday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm, Sunday 8:00 am – 3:00 pm Prerequisites: Ability to swim 150 yards straight into a 2 minute tread back into a 50 yard swim and complete a timed drill diving for a weighted brick.
