The owners of InnSeason Resorts, based on Cape Cod,
Massachusetts, have teamed up with the sales and marketing folks at Fractional
Strategies Inc. to break ground on a $30 million resort project at Loon
Mountain called RiverWalk. The goal of the resort is to bring the amenities and
conveniences of luxury resorts out West (Vail, Aspen, etc.) to Lincoln, New
Hampshire.
The luxury condominium building will be built at the base of Loon Mountain’s South Peak Expansion, adjacent to the Pemigewasset River. RiverWalk shuttles and proposed lift-expansion plans will provide condo owners and guests with easy access to the mountain’s trails and activities from inside the lobby of the resort. The location also offers walkable access to local grocery stores, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a movie theater.
RiverWalk is expected to open up a wide range of new job opportunities in the Lincoln area, with various positions for managing and maintaining the resort’s amenities. These will include valet staff for owners’ and guests’ vehicles, bell staff to assist with luggage, and front desk staff for check-in. Planned amenities include dining experiences, spa treatments, a health club and fitness center, room service, housekeeping, and round-the-clock security. There are even plans to include a museum cataloging the region’s logging and skiing history. With the proposed size of the resort, it’s estimated that RiverWalk will create 400 jobs.
Residences for those interested in owning will include one-, two-, and three-bedroom units professionally designed and sold completely furnished with full kitchens, gas fireplaces, granite counters, and more. Various flexible ownership options are available from full to fractional ownership, with the option to rent your unit through the comprehensive property and rental management provided by the resort. Check out RiverWalk’s website for more information, including floor plans, and to receive a brochure.
