HomeGoods & PetSmart Rumored to Come to West Lebanon

The company that oversees the Upper Valley Plaza plans to remodel the old Shaw’s supermarket building In West Lebanon to hold four tenants. Rumor has it that PetSmart and HomeGoods stores will be 2 out of the four tenants.
WS Development, a company based our of Chestnut Hill, Massachusetts has filed an application permit with the Lebanon Planning Department to renovate about 61,000 square feet of the building.
Neither representatives from HomeGoods or PetSmart have confirmed if they are moving forward as of August 2017. But the possibility is exciting.
