The Woodstock Inn & Resort to Host The Nordic Progressive – A Scandinavian Ski Experience

Put on by The Nordic Center, this will be a Scandinavian ski experience featuring food and beverage stations all along the trails, each one with a Scandinavian-style offering.
Marketing Manager Jennifer Vincent says, “We created this event to highlight our amazing cross-country ski area and our culinary chefs. We thought this would be a great experience during President’s Week for guests staying with us.”
Can non-guests participate? “Yes, the more the merrier,” she says.
What food can you anticipate enjoying at each stop? Here’s the menu for the six stations:
