Philip has been in the construction field for 18 years, working all over NH/VT.

Q: You advertise as a small business interested in helping with property needs. What do you offer?

A: Serenity Property Maintenance focuses on the exterior maintenance of properties, Including landscape, patio & walk-ways, and building painting. After a free personal consultation, we will provide a project management plan that meets our customer's needs. The specific services we provide is weekly lawn & garden care, landscape redesign, and spring and fall cleanups, pressure washing, emergency cleanups, and even painting of building and structures.

Q: What goal do you have in mind for all of your clients?

A: Serenity Property Maintenance goal is to provide the maintenance on a customer's property so they may spend more time enjoying it through the various seasons

A: Serenity Property Maintenance is one of two companies owned by Serenity Builders LLC. Serenity Property Maintenance motto is "We cultivate enjoyment." Teamed with our sister company, High Meadow Builders, we can provide a customer with a solution and plan for all their property needs. We truly are a one-call service.

Q: How do you determine the cost?

A: Costs are customized per project, offering what the customer needs. There is no one size fits all. What days and hours are you open? Our office is open 8--am to 4 pm.
