Join the Lebanon Gourmet Cooking Meetup Group
Mar 01, 2023 04:07PM ● By Stephanie HatleyIf you enjoy spending time in the kitchen and are looking
for ways to connect with others, the Lebanon Gourmet Cooking Meetup group may
be a perfect fit. Whether you’ve been cooking for decades and consider yourself
a master chef or are just starting out and trying to learn some new techniques,
this group is open to all skill levels. Lisa, the organizer, started this group
because she loves international food and misses the wide selection of cuisine from
when she lived in Washington, DC. It’s a great opportunity for locals to come
together and make new friends while also learning from one another.
On Friday, March 17, at 6 pm, the group will meet at the Kilton Library in the Community Room to share in an Indian potluck. So play around with the traditional Indian spices of cumin, coriander, turmeric, and ginger, and come up with your own dish to share with the group. Have fun trying your hand at what might be a new international cuisine. Then join with others to share in the Indian culinary experience. Perhaps you’ll go home with some new recipes!
