REDCAN, a contemporary style restaurant with a nod to the Prohibition, is opening in White River Junction this summer. The name honors Jason's late mother's favorite drink, Coca-Cola in a red can.

The restaurant will have an oyster bar, homemade pasta and classic dishes with an upscale twist.

Once it officially opens in June, the restaurant will be open Tuesday through Saturday starting at 4 p.m. The kitchen will be closing at 9 p.m., but the owner said that the bar may stay open later. Reservations can be made on Resy.com.
