Spring is starting to make its appearance, which means more and more people will be getting outside when the weather wants to cooperate. If you’re looking for something new to try that can be done no matter the weather, why not check out fat-tire biking?
Fat biking uses a bicycle that has a wider tire, usually between “3.8 to 5 inches in width and operate at much lower pressures, around 5-10 psi, making them feel like absolute marshmallow,” according to Bike Gear Database. They tend to work better than regular bikes in terrains like snow, mud, dirt, and sand. There are several places where fat-tire biking would be a good option.
