Whether you want to get in great shape with cardio and building muscle or would like to connect more with your body in a relaxed way here are some virtual fitness classes for you to try.
The flexibility of being able to participate in a virtual fitness class can provide more opportunities to keep with your fitness goals.
The virtual fitness classes
at CCBA are provided at a discounted rate at $49 per month for a membership. Or
you can get the regular CCBA membership which includes both virtual and onsite
classes. They also have rates for non-members who would like a weekly pass or
would like to pay per individual class. The virtual classes include Turbo Kick, Tabata, Gentle Yoga, Full Body Fusion, and Fit & Strong. They have multiple classes running every day but Saturday to choose from. Click here for the full weekly schedule.
